Sleeves

In order to increase blood flow, people frequently wear compression sleeve on their arms or legs.

Athletes frequently cover their calves, elbows, knees, and ankles with sleeve.

As with gloves or a pair of socks, you draw the sleeve on until it is smooth against your skin in the desired position. However, unlike socks, compression sleeve are made with a gradient of compression that promotes blood flow back to the heart.

Nylon and spandex are frequently combined to create stretchy, lightweight compression sleeve. Polyester is also frequently found in compression clothing. Compression has been used as a blanket term for any stretchy, skin-tight clothing in recent years as compression sleeves have grown in popularity.

True compression sleeves, on the other hand, require light pressure to operate well. They must therefore hug your figure, so to speak. Don’t choose larger sizes if it feels uncomfortable. You’ll eventually forget it even exists.
